Test Overview:
Hemoglobin A1c – The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends glycated hemoglobin testing (HbA1c) twice a year for individuals with stable glycemia and quarterly for patients with poor glucose control to help with blood glucose control. The ADA rules are used to create the interpretive ranges.
