This panel includes:

T4 is a thyroid hormone that aids in the maintenance of the body’s metabolism as well as other systems and activities.
T3 Uptake is a test that determines the amount of proteins in the blood that transport thyroid hormones across the body.
The Free Thyroxine (T4) Index compares the quantity of T4 that is unbound or free in the blood to the amount that is bound to proteins.
